Cancellation policy
1. Standard Cancellation Terms
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will not receive a refund.
3. Early Departure
- No refunds are provided for early check-outs or unused nights once the stay has begun.
4. Date Changes
- Change requests are subject to availability.
- If a price difference applies, guests must pay the additional cost.
- Changes made within the non-refundable period may be treated as a cancellation.
5. Force Majeure
If circumstances beyond our control prevent your stay (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to:
- Rebook your stay, or
- Provide a credit voucher for future use.
Cash refunds for force majeure events are not guaranteed.
6. Platform Bookings
If booked through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb), their cancellation terms may apply.
In case of conflict, the platform’s policy will take priority.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by financial institution (generally
5–14 business days).
